In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Law of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Law 34/2002), we inform you that THE ORGANISER is a limited company whose details are in the LEGAL NOTICE of this website.
The sale of tickets is understood to be made at our registered office and the purchase of a ticket implies acceptance of the general conditions at the time of purchase.
The following conditions of sale and purchase are intended to establish the terms and explain the details of the transaction involved in users purchasing tickets, as well as the rights and obligations inherent in ticket purchase.
1.- GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
THE ORGANISER offers any interested person the possibility of purchasing tickets on the Internet to attend the different shows organised by the ORGANISER. Internet users accessing the ORGANISER’s website and, specifically, this ticket purchase and sale section, voluntarily accept and undertake to respect the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale contract, to which they are subject, and which are set out below.
2.- CONCLUSION OF THE SALE
From the moment the user submits the order to purchase one or more tickets, they become known as the “BUYER”, and, as such, are under obligation to the ORGANISER, who will be the vendor. The purchase made over the Internet by the BUYER and received by the ORGANISER is contractually binding.
The BUYER must fill in the required data correctly and fully and undertakes not to enter third-party data. Receipt of the purchase will be confirmed by the ORGANISER, by e-mail or other means without delay, and from that moment the sale will be complete and both parties will be obliged to comply with the agreement.
3.- GENERAL CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF TICKETS VIA THIS SITE
Purchasing the ticket/s means the BUYER accepting the following General conditions:
a.- The ticket has various security measures. However, the Organiser does not guarantee its authenticity if it has not been purchased at any of the official points of sale. If a ticket has been amended, torn, suspected of being forged or illegally acquired, the Organiser will be authorised to refuse access to the ticket holder. In such cases, the Organiser accepts no responsibility if access to the venue is refused. A condition of admission is to have a complete ticket in good condition. The ticket must be kept until leaving the venue.
b.- The number of tickets, their price and location will be chosen by the PURCHASER during the purchase process and cannot be modified once the purchase has been concluded.
c.- The purchase of tickets through the ORGANISER’s official website has a ticket printing service, which allows (i) the ticket to be printed at the same time as the purchase process is concluded (downloading a PDF file) or (ii) the file to be saved on the computer and printed later. In exceptional situations, for technical and/or security reasons, the ticket printing service may be deactivated, in which case the BUYER must go to the box office of the venue where the show is to be held at least 1 hour before the event to collect the ticket(s). In order to collect the ticket(s), the PURCHASER must submit to the box office:
- The credit/debit card used for the purchase.
• The ID card/passport of the credit/debit card holder.
• The receipt for the purchase transaction (purchase confirmation) sent by e-mail.
d.- Once the ticket has been purchased, it will only be exchanged or a refund given if the event is cancelled, in which case the purchaser may request a refund within one month of the date of public notification of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the ORGANISER, always submitting proof of purchase.
The cost of the ticket will not be refunded if the event is cancelled due to suspension or modification occurring once the show or activity has begun and is due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
In any case of refund, the ORGANISER will reimburse only the cost of the ticket and will not be liable for any other expenses such as but not limited to hotels, travel, meals, allowances, etc.
If the period established in the previous paragraph elapses without the PURCHASER having requested a refund of the amount corresponding to the purchases made, this will be understood as a waiver by the PURCHASER of the right to a refund of any sum that may correspond to them. The BUYER’s inability to attend the show for reasons beyond the control of the ORGANISER and/or error in making the purchase will not be valid grounds for requesting a refund of the ticket price.
e.- The ORGANISER reserves the right to modify the show, if circumstances so require.
4.-CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND STAY AT THE SHOW FACILITIES
a.- The ORGANISER reserves the right of admission at all times. The minimum legal age for access to this type of event is 16 years. Any child under this age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

As well as the corresponding documents, parents or legal guardians must bring a valid ticket. They must accompany the child outside the venue, and it is not possible for children to stay individually.
b.- For security reasons, at the moment of entering the venue, attendees may be searched. Under no circumstances may objects that could be considered dangerous or that are prohibited by the current safety regulations for public shows be brought into the venue. - Bringing and displaying banners, symbols, emblems or slogans that involve incitement to violence.
- Being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, narcotics or psychotropic or similar substances.
At the entrance to the venues, the public may be subject to search in accordance with the law.
c.- The ORGANISER may deny access or expel the ticket holder from the venue if these conditions are breached, or if the instructions of the organiser’s staff or venue staff are disregarded.
Ticket holders may also be denied access or expelled if it can be rationally foreseen that their stay at the site implied a situation of risk or danger either to themselves or to other attendees of the event. In all cases, ticket holders are personally responsible for their own actions and omissions when these cause injury to third parties or damage to materials.
d.- The ORGANISER reserves all image and intellectual property rights to the show. It is forbidden to take photographs, with or without flash or to film or record it. Ticket holders accept that they may appear in images taken inside the venues by different media for subsequent dissemination for information purposes and they authorise such use, which will be the responsibility of each media outlet. The images may appear on the Internet and their dissemination may not be controlled.
If there is video surveillance at the entrance, we inform you that your image will be included in a file under the responsibility of the organiser for the purpose of access control and security at the event, as well as the resolving any incidents. You have the right to exercise your right of access, rectification, erasure and opposition to the processing of your data before the organiser of the event.
5.- USE OF THE TICKETS PURCHASED

b.- The purchase of tickets does not grant the PURCHASER the right to use them, or their content, for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts and/or raffles), without the ORGANISER’s express written consent. Failure to comply with this prohibition will entitle the ORGANISER to make it impossible to use the tickets and to take any legal action it deems appropriate to claim for damages that such conduct may have caused the ORGANISER.
